The controller of the personal data processed on this website and on the Max waitlist is Technify, reachable at contato@technify.cloud.
Max is an AI agent platform for sales execution (WhatsApp-first), offered by Technify.
2. What data we collect
On this website and waitlist, we may process:
- Form data: name, email, company and, if provided, WhatsApp number.
- Technical data: access logs, IP address, device/browser type and pages visited, to the extent necessary for the security and operation of the site.
- Cookies: technical preferences and aggregated metrics, where applicable.
Once Max is in operation, the processing of messages, leads and customer business data will follow the specific terms and policy of the contracted service.

- Contacting interested parties about Max's launch, access and terms (pre-contractual steps / compatible legitimate interest).
- Operating, protecting and improving this website.
